Originally located in the village of Pinecrest, this world famous animal theme park is currently in Mimai’s Watson Island, giving the place its name Parrot Jungle Island until 2007 when it was renamed Jungle Island, today Jungle Island is one of Miami's major tourist attractions.
The variety of plants, animals, birds, and the shows, events, exhibits and activities offered by Jungle Island make it a top draw, audiences can have a look at collections ranging from wild animals from all round the world and they even have lethal birds and deadly snakes in it's Winged Wonder show, where visitors get a live experience of reptiles, rattlesnakes, turtles and baby alligators.
In the Serpentarium section the world’s rarest big cats, all up close and personal with visitors, among other attractions, is a nerve-racking and exciting Hippo slide and several educational activities and scout programmes that make Jungle Island one of the top places to vist.
